Thank you very very much for this tour with TWINS Travel.  Anne von Hoonacker, our client did send me some pictures on Friday evening about her 10 days private tour in Hungary and she told me that the trip was beyond perfect! The driver at Budapest was good at what he was  doing.  He spoke English with a very strong local accent but I could understand him well enough. A very soft spoken guy and overall gives good service. Guide in Budapest, a very outspoken lady but professional in the way she conducts the tour. She knows Budapest very well and even encourage me to visit the Christmas market in the evening even though I was afraid to go out alone in the evening. She assures me that it is very safe in Budapest and even show me exactly where to catch the  bus to Pest to visit the Christmas market. This I did and I never regretted it. I saw with her the Citadel at Gellert Hill where the former Liberation Monument today known as the Liberty Statute stood and we savour the top of the world view and night scene of Buda from the top of the Hill. We went to the Buda castle and surroundings also. After Buda side we visited the Pest side of Budapest. We went to the Heroes Square, Thermal Bath, St Stephens Basilica, Central Market Hall, shopping of branded goods at Vaci Street. Next day we went beyond Budapest  and visited Visegrad,  Danube Bend and Szentendre.   I did enjoy so much! Hungary is beautiful, thank you very much for TWINS Travel!  

We spent 4 days in Hungary and  had full day tours in Budapest and in  the  Danube Bend and had special tours such as with the  Childrens railway in Budapest, Jewish heritage tour. We visited special luxury restaurants  in Budapest then we had a private bus tour from Budapest to Vienna. Well, we are back home after this incredible journey through the Baltic countries with 23 days: Saint Petersburg, Tallin, Riga, Vilnius, Warsawa, Krakow, Berlin.   Wish we had more time to spend in every city we enjoyed....   Has been very well planned by Juan Mexico and TWINS Travel Service Ltd. Budapest.   As I’m sure that you where escencially for this Andrea in Budapest.... I understand the difficulty to coordinate with other agencies, but everything came allright and we had very good guides and a couple of them very, very, very good and interesting people!   The route of Amber was very good because it touched the cities we saw. The tour in Vienna was fantastic, the tour guide was very professional and friendly. It was a great time. The tour to Budapest was also outstanding, the tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The hotel, the staff, the food and the folklore programme were very good.
